Who Am I?

I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Canadian Counsellor, and Certified Life and Relationship Coach. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in working with clients of all ages, supporting them through a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship challenges, and grief.

Over the years, I have worked across diverse settings, including community health centers and private practice, which has strengthened my ability to connect with individuals from different backgrounds and life experiences. This breadth of experience allows me to offer thoughtful, personalized support that honors the uniqueness of each client while fostering a safe, compassionate, and growth-oriented therapeutic space.

My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University, an MS in Counseling and Psychotherapy, and an MBA in Strategy and Leadership. Complementing my clinical training, I am also trained as an Executive Coach, Organizational Development Coach, and NLP Practitioner. Together, these experiences provide me with both psychological insight and strategic perspective, allowing me to approach each client’s experiences with empathy, curiosity, and care.

I am a member of the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), an Associate Member of the Canadian Association for Couple and Family Therapy (CACFT), a Professional Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and a member of the Certified Coaches Alliance (CCA), reflecting my commitment to maintaining high standards of professional practice, ethics, and lifelong learning.
